The Aura River's managed fishing stretch runs from the pedestrian bridge at Halistenkoski down to Martinsilta, a short cycle from central Turku. It's the city's best spot for migratory fish — sea trout, salmon, and rainbow trout run through here alongside whitefish — and the riverside path makes it easy to work several pools in one visit.
