Set at the mouth of the Mukogawa river on the Amagasaki–Nishinomiya boundary, this park has fished shallower and more sheltered water than the open-bay spots. Being this close to a river mouth means beginners have a good chance at bigger sea bass and black bream than the bay piers usually give up.
